This is a collection of tweets I've enjoyed. I use Twitter quite a bit, so I wanted a place to publicly share what inspires me, makes me laugh, and makes me think.

The difference between good and great is often an extra round of revision. The person who looks things over a second time will appear smarter or more talented, but actually is just polishing things a bit more. Take the time to get it right. Revise it one extra time.
Everyone wants to be brave. Very few of us want to feel vulnerable. There is no courage without uncertainty, risk, and emotional exposure. Brave is vulnerable. Embrace the suck.

The world is now permissionless. No one can stop you from creating a podcast, publishing a newsletter, or creating a project. The only permission you need is your own.
Write tests. Not too many. Mostly integration.

Marketing *against* something else is never very interesting. May get clicks but you don't build the future w/ anti-marketing. "Cloud" is dramatically more expansive than "not on-premises infra." Multi-model, distributed databases are much bigger than "NoSQL" or "non-relational"
In DevRel, if you can make developers both successful and happy then almost everything else will take care of itself. The problem is that it takes a lot of consistent & sometimes thankless work over a long period of time to get there.
